Absenteeism in the work force costs the South African economy billions every year.
Lack of sleep can lead to depression (mild and severe) as well as a fatigued immune system, leaving your employees open to opportunistic infections. Sleep disorder in the South African work force is the leading cause of absenteeism along with ailments such as lower back pain and mental illness. Up to 15% of the work force in a company can be absent on any given work day. Presentism is when an employee comes to work but is not very productive and risks infecting the rest of the work force. BOOTCAMP - Bootcamp is a group physical training program conducted by our personal trainers, to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group exercises. Its uses a variety of exercise modalities to create the perfect class. It is fun and effective!

Requirements from your company or school
Classes are conveniently conducted at the offices or school of participating clients, in either a boardroom, garden space or an area set aside for exercise. We will require a space made available that can accommodate the number of people attending the class.Times and duration of class will be dependent on an agreed time with both employer and employee.
Lunch time has been a preferred time of previous clients. Clients must wear gym appropriate clothing that allows for free movement and bring their own mats and weights, we carry a limited supply of weights and mats. (These can be provided at cost price by arrangement).
45 - 60 minutes per class. R500 per session maximum 10 people (R10 per extra person where more than 10 people attend class)
Group size is dictated by the space available.
Costs can be for the individual staff member or for the company.
Preferred method will be in the signed contract.
An indemnity form and questionnaire is given to each employee to ascertain whether modifications to an individual’s program need to be noted during a class. e.g back, neck and knee injuries. Karmically Fused instructors will also question each employees individual needs, goals and what they would like to achieve in exercise classes (weight loss, toning, relaxation).
